Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general groundskeeping and property upkeep
• Organize and maintain storage areas
• Paint parking lot lines and markings
• Support maintenance staff with various property improvement projects
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community environment
• Perform other general labor and maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
